Google Calendar → Settings → each calendar → Secret address in iCal format. Paste one per calendar — add as many as you like. agora re-syncs every 30 minutes and turns upcoming meetings into push nudges (30m before).
Keep desktop and phone on the same data. Create a code on the device whose data you want to keep, then Join with that code on the other device (its local data is replaced).

Turn on push and agora will nudge you before each event, even with the app closed.
